Northline Cladding Systems

About

A specialist exterior wall contractor built for commercial work.

Northline Cladding Systems Ltd. delivers complete building envelopes and architectural cladding for the most demanding commercial, institutional and industrial projects across Canada and on select U.S. projects.

Founded by veteran cladding professionals, Northline was built around a simple premise: building envelopes deserve a specialist. Our team brings decades of combined experience installing engineered wall panel systems for general contractors, developers, architects, consultants and owners Canada-wide and on select U.S. projects.

We focus exclusively on the exterior wall — AVB, insulation, sub-framing, cladding and detailing — which lets us deliver tighter coordination, more predictable schedules and verifiable envelope performance than a multi-trade generalist can.

Across commercial, institutional, industrial, healthcare, and multi-residential projects, Northline operates with the discipline of a tier-one building envelope contractor. Every project is led by an experienced project manager, supported by documented quality-control procedures, and executed by certified installers committed to safety, performance, and workmanship.

Mission

Deliver envelope systems that perform — for the life of the building.

We exist to remove envelope risk from commercial projects. That means engineered detailing, certified installation, documented quality control and partnership with the consultant team from concept through close-out.

Values

  • Safety is non-negotiable — no exceptions, no shortcuts.
  • Quality is verified, not assumed.
  • We honor our schedule commitments.
  • We communicate proactively with the project team.
  • We invest in our people and their certifications.
